We are proud to announce that we are first to install fully automatic CBR in NCR. Dedicated for pre treatment of all type of cotton fabric. Allows pretreatment of tension sensitive cotton woven fabric to be continuously dematerialized and bleached.Application upon washing after dyeing and washing after printing in accordance with the fabric quality, fabric tension by each preselected process.To create high-quality products there is low fabric tensions in all stages of treatment. Working width from 1600mm – 1800mm in different capacity.

• Continuous Mercerizer:- To all cotton woven fabric , Fully automatic mercerizer treat 20 linear mint in a mint.
• Hydraulic jiggers:- A cluster of jiggers, with remote monitoring and data acquisition software. Dosing of dyes and chemicals directly from the color kitchen. Downloading and monitoring of each machine from a single interface.
• Soft flow machines, Winch:- To process crinkled fabric like Georgette, crepe, embroidery.
• Super Jumbo jiggers:- cotton viscous woven fabric.
